Refund Policy

We want you to love your Ruasmi pieces. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns in accordance with the policy below.

14-Day Change of Mind Returns

We offer returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition
• Include all original packaging, tags, pouches, boxes, and inserts
• Be free from perfume, cosmetics, marks, or damage
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please contact us at contact@ruasmi.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@ruasmi.com so we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind:

• Earrings and pierced jewellery
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customised or personalised items

These items may only be returned if they are faulty or required under Australian Consumer Law.

 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please submit a return request for your original purchase. Once the return has been approved, you may place a new order for your preferred item.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
